My name is Tal Elimelech, a private sushi chef prestigious event has extensive experience in Asian cuisine, Japanese and modern.
I collaborated with leading chefs in the country and abroad. Today I run two Asian cuisines in Ramat Gan. Sushi beauty symbolizes love to me aesthetics, food with a lot of feeling and taste.
Although I did not learn in a formal setting, I’m learning every day about the art of sushi, working with people, business, event details, my trips around the world. Local chefs learned the tricks of the trade, accuracy, combining flavors and uncompromising aesthetic befits the Japanese kitchen.
